Year
2000 Compliance Status |
Atlantic.Net has five phases to our Year 2000 Program: Inventory,
Assessment, Renovation, Testing and Deployment for all information
systems. All of our hardware and software for our Servers
and Business Operations have at least entered phase 2 of our
Year 2000 Program. Our expected total completion date is October
1999.
Phase 1. Inventory:
Identify all elements used to support essential business functions.
Phase
2. Assessment:
Determine which inventoried items need to be renovated and
prepare a plan for each item so that it will be Year 2000
compliant.
Phase
3. Renovation:
Perform actual work to replace and/or update item that has
been deemed not year 2000 compliant during assessment.
Phase
4. Testing:
Conduct system testing and verify that the renoviated item
is Year 2000 compliant.
Phase
5. Deployment:
Place verified Year 2000 compliant item into production use.
