The systems engineering process is a network of ordered, interrelated actions - function analysis, synthesis, evaluation and decision, and description - that are carried out iteratively to transform an operational need into a description of system performance parameters and a system configuration. The management of that process includes the coordination of all of the engineering and technical activities within a project, as well as the planning and evaluation of the design effort.
Concord senior staff are particularly skilled and experienced at management of multi-disciplinary teams. We draw on expertise within Concord, from a network of associates in many technical disciplines, and from within the client's own organization to plan, develop and implement systems engineering and management activities tailored to the clien't specific needs.
