postal mailing address and the names and locations of the courses that you
would like to receive

Catalog: To request a catalog of all the course for Year 2000, please send
an email with your name, postal address and indicate you would like a
catalog

Email: Pre-registrations may be submitted by email, if you would like us to
contact you to complete registration.

Registrations for consortium members may be completed by submitting names
or changes in attendees by email. Brochures will be forwarded by mail.
